what printing and framing options do you offer?

Each image is available for purchase in a variety of printing and framing options, ensuring there is something to suit every taste and space.

Please visit our Printing & Pricing page for a full list of our product options and prices. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

How long will my order take?

We are a custom made to order business. That means, you buy it - we go make it. Everything is handmade locally in Australia.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will process your details and begin production. We strive to get your purchase into your hands as soon as possible however as all orders are custom produced the typical wait time in Australia for an unframed print is five (5) working days plus delivery, and fifteen (15) working days plus delivery for a matted print, framed print, acrylic wall print, acrylic block, or metal print. Domestic delivery typically take 3-5 days and international orders may take up to 30 days after they have been produced. If there are any unexpected delays we will notify you. If you are needing your order more urgently please let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise and fast track your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship worldwide.

Within Australia we ship all framed and unframed prints, matted prints, acrylic and metal wall prints, and acrylic blocks. Depending on the size and weight of the product this will be either via Australia Post or a Courier. Shipping is included in the price.

For orders outside of Australia, we only ship unframed prints and matted prints unless special arrangements are made – this is due to the size and weight of the products and the subsequent cost to ship. If you wish to purchase any of our other products please contact us and we'll advise what international shipping will cost or we may be able to have the products created and shipped by a local supplier. Any international orders we receive for acrylic, metal or framed prints will not be processed until we have communicated with you to discuss your options.

Please note any duties payable on the import of goods to another country outside of Australia is out of our control and are payable by the customer to the local authority or postal service.

How much does it cost for Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

For international orders we charge a plat fee of $35 for unframed prints and matted prints.

You will have the chance to review the cost before finalising your transaction.

How are prints shipped?

Unframed prints are sent in heavy duty cylinders to ensure they are not bent or damaged in transit. Framed prints and acrylics are professionally packed using bubble wrap and are then securely boxed in custom packaging to avoid any damage.

Once your artwork has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number so you can monitor delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your purchase can be delivered and signed for at the nominated delivery address. Failure of delivery unfortunately incurs a redelivery fee which must be passed on. N.B. We are unable to ship to a PO Box.

If a print is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will attend to the issue to provide a quick resolution for you.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering your print online. We accept the following methods of payment:

Cleaning & care

Unframed Artwork

We print all of our work on high quality, fine art paper meaning it is delicate. It is therefore strongly advised that you leave your print in the tube upon receipt and take it directly to your chosen framer who will know what to do. All of our pieces undergo a thorough quality review prior to dispatch and Salty Gallery will not be held responsible for any damage which is caused following receipt of the item.

Frames Prints, Acrylic Wall Prints, Acrylic Blocks and Metal Prints

Caution should always be exercised when cleaning your framed artworks, acrylic or metal print. If your artwork is dusty simply use a clean microfibre cloth or feather duster to remove dirt particles. If you are looking to remove finger prints or other dirt once again use a clean microfibre cloth. Never use paper towels as they scratch the surface and be sure not to use glass cleaners that contain ammonia.

We recommend you avoid hanging your artwork in direct sunlight.

Can we stock or license your images?

Salty Gallery is always open to retailers stocking our art works, hotels looking to decorate their rooms, stylists and interior designers using them to decorate homes, or license for commercial use.
